Post by: Ichirou on January 10, 2008, 11:54:20 PM: Newtype USA was pretty good in terms of images and shit, gave you a good vibe as to what a show was like. Plus, the DVDs had free episodes of anime, it was good if you wanted to find out what a show was about.

Nope. According to ANN and the main site it's free. Theres one given out at Cons and another one which is the standard format thats released "Quarterly" for free at Borders, Waldenbooks and Best Buy.

Hahahah wow I used to be into Animerica at the height of my japafag phase and then Newtype came out and it was the best thing ever, and then I turned 16.

Dai-Guard, 26 episode TV show which is really good...only ten bucks thanks to a sale on ADV's website.
