My sleeping clock is totaly fucked lately i cant sleep till like freaking 7am.
What do you guys do to get your sleep cycle back?

I usually go to bed around 2-2:30am :-\
Last night I went to bed around 3am, and had an 8am class... :-\

Yeah i dont want to stay up till 2am like norm. I need to be sleeping at like 11 or 12. I cant seem to do it for some reason. Damn they were right about sleeping in it seriously fucks you up.

Yup. I'm never tired at 12. To tell the truth, I'm not tired at 2 either. Once I get in the bed my body just breaks down though, and I'm just paralyzed with sleepiness. But, it still takes forever to fall to sleep

i have similar issues, its actually 2am here now and im not really tired.
If you want to get back to a normal time then goto bed when you can and just set your alarm to a normal waking period. You will be fukt for the day and goto bed early because of it. tthen just try and go earlier each day i guess till you get your routine down.

Go to your local GNC and buy some Melatonin-3.
Take one of those about 30 minutes before you want to sleep, and give yourself about 9 hours of sleep until you wake up.
Your body clock will be reset.

A few years ago i used to have that type of sleep cycle it was natural for me. I wish i could get 5 hours of sleep and feel rested it just doesnt happen for me.

I have it and it sucks. I can get 4 hours sleep and still stay up until 2 AM the next day. I just can't get to bed before 2.

That's my girlfriend.
She doesn't go to bed until late - later than me (I usually hit the sack around between 12 - 2 AM). But if left interrupted, she can sleep into the afternoon.

Haha, I can picture that.
I wake pretty easily, if I have somewhere to be, but if left alone I'll sleep late into the day. I think it's gotten worse since moving back home, since there's not much to do here and I'm alone on my days off.

I can sleep through anything haha than god my roomate was my best freind and tolerated through my alarm going off for 20 mins before I would get up

I hate being late or feeling rushed so usually my feet hit the floor as soon as my alarm goes off or someone wakes me up.

I usually sleep around 3:00 A.M. and wake up at 5:00 A.M.

yeah, tired enough to make you fall asleep at a decent hour. That's what I used to have to do when I worked swing shifts at work. Suuuucks.

Took a early dinner a few beers and rockin it with Gene Simmons but my clock is back. Lets just hope i can keep it. Coffee and redbulls to keep me alive.
