I've been playing a lot of Capcom's fighters for the past couple of days after putting the entire CPS2 library on my PSP (:bow). Fuck, it amazes me how many incredible fighing games Capcom released during the 90s. I've been replaying their Versus titles, and I've been having a blast with X-men Vs. Street Fighter. Not sure if it's nostalgia, but it's probably my favorite of the Vs. titles (with MvC a very close second). It's not too fast, so it never feels very chaotic. They chose some excellent characters for the SF roster (which they completely fucked up in MSHvSF), and the music is fantastic. I loved the SF2 remixes and Gambit's theme.
Your turn.

X-Men: Children of the Atom

Xmen vs Street Fighter has my favorite SF/Marve combination, but Marvel vs Capcom has JIN, who rocks.

True.
Got any tips on beating Onslaught? I don't remember him being this hard on DC. :lol

Its easy, you reach over to your dreamcast and reset it.
Seriously tho, while there were tricks to beating MvC2's Abyss easily, Onslaught was just a fucker

"I AM ONSLAUGHT!!" At first I didn't know that he was Prof.X and Magneto combined,I thought they did that just for the game.
I just looked up his comic version,I'm really glad they redesigned him.Oh,yeah and Cyber Akuma.

Street Fighter Alpha 2, for me.

It's so difficult to say. ;_; I love so many CPS2 fighters. Super Turbo, Street Fighter Zero 2 Alpha, Street Fighter Zero 3, and Vampire Savior are my overall favorites, but in SFZ3 and VS's cases, the home versions were better (more stuff added). And so it's fucking awesome that PSP just so happens to have those two games' home versions available as well. :D
Marvel Vs. Capcom has the best music on the hardware.

Street Fighter Alpha 3, MvC2 are my faves.

MvC2 is a Naomi game, not CPS2.

Himurowned
The 3D elements in the backdrops should've been clue enough.

You'd be amazed at the number of people I've seen ask how to get MvC2 working on the PSP.

Look at the FAQ section of the original post. :lol

MvC2 was so unbalanced, but crazy fun.

I always hated how fanboys had no problem with MvC2 being broken out the ass, yet the equally-as-fucked-up SNK Vs. Capcom SvC Chaos got only hate. I enjoyed SvC Chaos for what it was, and I like the character selection.

I hated SvC Chaos. :(

Like I said, I just enjoyed it for the roster and having Capcom characters on the Neo. I still fire it up on the PSP Neo-Geo emulator every now and then.
NeoGeo Battle Coliseum is an infinitely better version of the game play engine that SvC Chaos used. It's really too bad that a sequel to Chaos isn't going to be made; just having the NGBC cast versus some Capcom characters would be perfect.
