Being that Gil Thorp takes place in some sort of bizarre timeline where Eisenhower values never left the mainstream, there are no homosexuals in his world.  Just people that chop off their own legs, murder people while wrestling, and beat themselves with sticks.

There was another character from about a year ago that looks like him.  Lemme try to dig him up.

Is the one-legged boxer supposed to be black?  Say, why is the crippled kid standing up for the MURDERER?
