Title: BASE 02, the most evil creation since Comic Sans?

Ive noticed this font on the internet for quite some time

its always in the top 100 fonts on DAFONT.com

it is the defacto Grunge font, apparently

It was created by mistake:

Grunge fonts are so varied and widespread it's hard to just say "this is the most used one".
Nothing can begin to come close to Comic Sans' position as the #1 shit font of all time.

I used OCR B for a CD cover I did for my friends band :dur
