Hot coffee in GTA"SA
The cathedral level in Resistance
The lesbian shit in Mass Effect
All marketing hooks carefully executed with cash handouts.
Time for gamers to grow up and realize this is all about $$$$.
Ever wonder why Jack Thompson has such a 'vendetta' against take2 games? Why not saints row?
Why is he now shilling for BUZZ, the heavily advertised trivia sensation? Sony dip into his pocket?
When the Church of England's PR mouthpiece decries Resistance's "photorealistic graphics".....
These are big cash hand outs that payoff way bigger than any 30 second spot could.
Anyone remember the Australian gov coming down on PGR2 for it's lawful promotion of wrecklesss driving? God that was some blatant shit, right when the game came out too....

pointing out what is viral marketing is also viral marketing

Man, has everyone but me found a seat on the viral-marketing gravy train? Should I harbor deep shame over my lack of a viral-marketing life? Why am I so deeply unattractive to potential viral-marketing clients?
