Eh, not really Nintendo doing it.  More like Sakurai taking shit into his own hands.  It doesn't matter to me anyway, I know what games I want for VC and what I don't want.

And SMS/Game Gear games are coming to the VC  :o

Brawl is going to be the ultimate definition of fan service. I can't wait to play it.
