Not being able to sleep is terrible. You just lie in bed awake, realizing how worthless you really are.

Lunasom actually DOES work, but its not like Tylenol PM that forces you to sleep. My doctor told me to stop taking Tylenol PM cause it was the reason I could barely get through a day anymore. So she said to get a Melatonin suppliment, and Lunasom PM is one of those. It works, insomniacs can continue to remain skeptical, but i've had great sleep since.

doesnt matter, I grabbed what had it, I would say im endorsing melatonin over lunasom pm.
