It's Mythic, so I'll give it a shot! If it is the grand mix of WoW PvE and DAoC RvR I'll be happy, otherwise it's going to be :(.

I know its just an art style issue, mythics stuff has always looked kinda drab.

I'll probably never play it, but I'm curious what people think of it.

Yup. My friend was involved with the ship to ship combat, but left the project before they finalized the melee combat.

Check your PMs.

Skip it, MAF.  Even Tre has written it off.  It has some spiffy character creation, though.

Ill check back in on it in a year, I hear the ship stuff is neat, maybe they'll fix the melee so ship boarding doesnt suck

Tre got further into it than me, but from the sound of it, there are some pretty basic balance problems when it comes to the ship stuff.  it didn't sound insurmountable, though.

I knew it was going to fail when they focused on the ship battling first (took them like 2 years to get it right) and kind of tacked on the melee aspect this past 12 months.

I've done enough ship battling in Pirates! and Tortuga I and II to last me a lifetime.
