The past two birthdays have been awful and lonely. When I was at college 2 years ago in North Carolina, I didn't really know anyone so I didn't have a bday party, or even a "Happy Birthday". None of my friends back home bothered to say anything either. I only got a call from my parents.  :-\

Worst bday ever. PD you take stuff for granted. There's nothing better than having a day where people treat you like you're special, and when that's taken away you definitely feel a void.
