I top out at about 13 hours.  Any more and I start to feel ill.

It should be noted that I test that 13 hour peak almost every weekend.

Probably 18 hours.  I think it was after a double all nighter in college.

Seriously? Without waking up for a drink of water or anything? I didn't think your body could go without water for that long. Were you hospitalized? I hope not. :(
