Title: So, I kinda stole a Wii.

I'm one of those people who have been searching for a Wii since launch, but could not find one. Recently, I went into an EB Games looking for a Wii and in front of me, there was a guy with his 2 kids that were buying the last Wii. It turns out the father was short 50 or so bucks and said he would return in 5 minutes to get some cash and asked them to put the Wii on hold until he returned. When he left I went to the counter and asked the guy if I could buy the Wii and as I expected he said he couldn't sell it because the guy with the kids wanted it and it wouldn't be very nice if he sold it to me. I told him that I would get him 70 bucks extra and he actually said yes. So I bought the Wii and everything and the guy comes back, and the guy behind the counter tells the man what happened. The man called the employee a selfish bastard and one of his sons started crying. Then I walked out of the store as fast as I could so the man didn't start yelling at me. I feel bad for doing it, but damn, I got a freaking Wii!

Am I a bad person?

stealing a Wii is fine, maybe now those children will get a PSP and grow up to be real gamers

This story is comedy gold!  Honestly I think you should have stayed long enough to see the rest of the fallout.  Or at least found somewhere safe nearby where you could watch and still have a head start if needed.

what the hell motivation is there to over pay for a wii?  I'm a distinguished mentally-challenged fellow so I did it and right NOW, there's a few good games for it but there's no reason to pay more than $249.99.
