Are those images badly compressed or does it actually look like that?  :o

There's a multiplayer demo up now on PSN Japan.  I'm going to try it now.

I don't care how it looks; I love Lost Planet and I am definitely buying this for the extras.

I tried out the demo last night, and while I was getting my ass kicked hard, it looked good to me.

That demo is the most embarrassing thing I've seen on PSN

I guess it's a port of the PS2 Lost Planet they must have scrapped and moved to 360

Sony's architecture may be more difficult to work with in comparison to the 360 and PC, but it has provided a wonderful litmus test in separating the wheat from the chaff when it comes to coding.

No excuses.

Honestly the two pics in the OP, only the first looks that bad. Jamming Frank in is kinda a hack job from the looks of it. The monsters and standard characters look fine.

 :(

Why didn't they actually care about this port?

Just a thought - do you think they may add the new Luka missions as DLC on the 360? Might be a quick cash grab for them. Add 250 achievement points for guaranteed sales to achievement whores.
nope, PC version had everything except Luka and they didn't release it for 360 back then.

also, most of the characters have special abilities which make the game easy, which means getting medal tags will be easier and they don't want that.

when running on 360 the flaws of this shitty game were hidden but when put on the much superior ps3 the flaws becomes obvious
