Title: I forgot how awesome the Blackadder episode Beer is

It totally has a very typical sitcom setup, and as we have seen countless times, the classic "main character has to attend two parties at once/date two chicks at once without them knowing about the other" premise is typically not very effective (since we always know what the outcome will be), and generally not so funny.  Blackadder mixes things up by including tits, burning catholics, rudely shaped vegetables, ostrich feather sodomy, and a rather convincing finale.

I believe it may, may be the best episode of Blackadder.

Yes, and I recently indoctrinated Prole, too.  I pretty much immediately got Father Ted as soon as I heard that one of the writers from Black Books series 1 (my favorite of the 3) was behind it.  It is wonderful and absurd.

I haven't seen any Alan Partridge stuff.  There are a few different shows, right?  What's the order to watch them in?

EDIT:  Sorry, Smooth, I dislike the LOTR movies, and even if I did like them, I don't DL HD movies.  They are just too big.  The Star Wars movies in 1080p were given to me.

The second one is from The Day Today?  I'll definitely check that out.  At least from that snippet, much like Look Around You, it appears to be parodying something that is both British and American (Educational shows and [at least in the US] the morning news shows).
