I've taken the day off WoW to catch up on some CPS2 on PSP and man, these games are so awesome. HOW I RANK

Best Backgrounds:

Psikyo's CPS2 shooters were one of my gateway drugs into being the 2D action fan I am today.  Gosh, I sure do miss the Psikyo of old.

Cyberbots had the best CPS2 backgrounds, MAF.  You should check it out.  Awesome game.

Pocket Fighter also had really funny backgrounds.
