Never preorder anything from any online store :-\

Best Buy fucked me with The Wire Season 4. Took like 2 weeks. But then they refunded my shipping, which was nice. But then it was missing a disc. So having to exchange it at the store in the middle of the post-Christmas returning season was annoying. So yeah, I try not to preorder stuff.

My Harry Potter Blu-ray box of shame got stolen the 1st time it was delivered.  Amazon was quick to replace it when I called so they're alright in my book.

What happened? I like Amazon, but I don't pre-order anything from them.
