i called toshiba's costumer service and they said everything's ok and they're still in the race

That's a pretty big blow to Sony. HD-DVD players were the only thing the PS3 was outselling.

meh, the writing was on the wall after the WB betrayal-ton. why do we care how much money they're gonna lose on it?
