The meat sections usually look really dirty. It's probably not a Chinese specific problem. I feed the same way about most meat stores that aren't major chains.

Ramen from Chinese markets are awesome though. I can't believe people eat the crap that are in the Ramen section of American supermarkets.

I'm used to it by going to carnicerias and buying hispanic meats. Meh
