Title: Bored at work - Name two things (1 good, 1 bad) you've been told about yourself

So a discussion at work sparked the urge to make this thread.  Name 2 things that you've heard about yourself (opinions, observations, etc) that people have told you.  1 good and 1 bad.

Good - I've been told that I'm charismatic and very likeable in social situations.

Bad - Despite my schtick and my love for emo music, I've been told by most ex girlfriends and even friends that I'm pretty emotionally distant and removed.
