Right now, I am downloading Nick Cave's new album. My rapidshare keyword was "AWES".

I didn't like this song the first few times I listened to it, but I've been walking around for the past few days unable to get the damn chorus out of my head.

that's a fuckin' catchy song

Thanks for the heads up. I will waffles it up once I get out of bed.
That first single is awesome. Maybe one of Nick's best. I like that it seems like he's doing something fun.

This album is pretty fuckin' awesome. Quite a bit of variety there, and it's pretty slick to boot. I'll be listening to this a lot.

Once again FUCKIN AWESOME

This album is so fucking good. I was initially into thinking it was inferior to Abbatoir Blues, but after so many more listens, I gotta say Lazarus tramples all over it. They've got some of the best ballads of their entire career on here and more stomp rock than a Birthday Party album. Amazing.
Also, new Bauhaus album is out today if you haven't already snagged the leak. I've heard it's so-so.

The new Bauhaus album is bad-bad. Skip it. There's a reason they didn't release it until now (it was recorded like 2 years ago).
The new Nick Cave album is definitely one of his best, and probably the most compulsively listenable. It's got clean production, a diverse list of songs, and they all have hooks and sound pleasant. Nick's lyrics are as good as they've ever been, too. Makes me think that he's going to use Grinderman for his "rougher" music and The Bad Seeds for the more carefully constructed stuff. I can live with that.
