The past 6 years of my life has been a constant struggle. It all comes down to my circulation. I have had tons of pains in my hands, feet and even chest.
I was pretty positive it was a heart defect.
This past 6 months, it has gotten A LOT worse. I couldn't even work out, I would wake up in the night with numb limbs, a racing heart. I couldnt take hot showers, I had to stop drinking coffee.
I'm 30 years old. I am not overweight, but I knew I was going to die. NO doctor could tell me what was wrong, they said it was stress. But it wasn't.
Either I had diabetes or my heart was fucked.
My tryglycerides, were at a time, at 170. I was on a medication that increased them for a while. I went off the medication, my tryglycerides went down to 120. I felt better. This was about 2 years ago.
Now I'm feeling way worse than I ever did, but my blood tests never mentioned that they went back up. I had mine checked last week. It was up to over 220.
So I've been taking an herbal equivelant of a statin, to bring down my bad cholestorals.
What a difference. My feet, my chest, my head. The pain is being replaced by an actual feeling of flowing blood. I'm going to stay on this regimine for 12 to 24 weeks, 2 pills a day. It is called guggul, it raises good cholestoral too.
I thought my life was over. I really did. I just need to avoid sweets(which I do already) alchol and carbs. I started drinking more in the past 2 years, if you have this issue the liver cant break down fat when it is breaking down alcohol or sugar. So I just need to clean myself out with this guggul and stay on a strict diet. More greens, fruits. I already eat very healthy, but I eat a lot of carbs.
Strange world. My dad and aunt both have this, luckily they kept it a secret from me all these years. It may have actually helped me get this resovled sooner..... :maf

good luck. what are you supposed to do after 3-6 months of taking guggul?

Watch what I eat. No more drinking for the most part. The guggul will strip out the shit clogging up my system. I already feel 100% better after 4 days on it. After it cleans out the blood steam, it goes for the veins and rotoroots them. It pretty much is a statin.(like lipitor).
I just need to stick to veggies, fruit, minimal amounts of meat(white meat). Hardly any drinking =(.... No sugars, which I avoid anyways.
Exercise, which I was having a hard time doing. I can't wait till that is possible, I mean to get a real good workout. But man, I am feeling good.

Glad to see you're feeling better! I know how you feel about going to doctors and having them not be able to figure out what's wrong. :-\
Due to some of my health problems, it was highly recommended that I don't drink, either. This has led to me getting some shit in social situations in the past. I can't really drink coffee anymore either; last year after I started drinking some coffee and tea on a daily basis, my pulse would get affected and I had to go to the doctor several times before I realized it was the caffeine that was likely doing this to me. I stopped drinking it and the problems vanished. I do enjoy sodas but I really need to get the hell off those, too.
