I had never heard of this game before so I went to ebworld and looked up a customer review:

"This game rocks. ive played this before in japan and this game ROCKS . You make circles around the pokemon . GAMEPlaY-7 Graphics 10 Difficulty 7 Control 8 Overall 10 (awesome) "

Sounds like something for dumb ningays.

how did it get an "awesome" if the control is 8 and the difficulty is a 7, isnt' that impossible?

Its a mangled 4 page review where they clearly wanted to bitch but not bitch but bitch but not bitch but give it an A- so their stupid hype still had a foundation.

I dont doubt people will love FFXII, I just dont like wishy washy dishonest reviews.

I liked TVC's logic in the FFXII thread, where the reviewer didn't really comment on the negatives just how AWESOME it was

Well, its like the negatives were a ball of yarn and like a pair of journalistic kittens they batted at it for a while, but knew if they completely unraveled it their masters would get pissed...so they ended up leaving it alone.

I own plenty of originals Demi.

It's got a good story so far, and the art style is pretty good, not the deformed style of previous games in the series.

i own plenty of originals, but much like you i wouldnt be caught dead buying PKMN Ranger, so i would instead opt to pirate it

but i would rather pirate PSP games so i guess i'm never playing PKMN Ranger!
