I keep hearing that what.cd is the new hotness but they're not issuing invites at the moment. I just hit up mininova and the bay for shit these days.

I'm on waffles, which has a decent selection (it is a sad fact that nothing will probably ever match oink).  The main issue is that they are hardcore about their ratio, but there aren't enough members to really get a good ratio going.

Yeah I've had to resort to mininova lately. I wish there was a better alternative.

Well, I want to get one for my brother. He has heaps of music, spends a lot of time online and used to have about a 2.0 ratio on Oink.

I guess if you understand that the place is full of really insane ratio whores who don't like to download much, so you have to seed a LOT to get anywhere, then the site maybe ok for you, but it's really not that noob-friendly at the moment. If you are willing to upload a bunch of shit, it sure helps. Rules are pretty much the same as the Pink Palace in that respect.

Similar to waffles.  If you aren't actively uploading shit, you will quickly fall below ratio.
