I loved Melee, but not having any wavebirds means that I won't buy brawl. Wiimote fails me again. And no, I don't want to use the classic controller for this game. The CC kinda sucks too outside of playing SNES games on it.
I just use my regular gamecube controller. I finished the story mode in about 6 hours. I've got all 35 characters and 36 of the stages so far. About 10 hours total logged.

I would use my regular gamecube controllers if my setup would allow it. But it doesn't. And I LOVED Smash Bros.
Im stoked Ive got two wavebirds :rock Ive got two GC wired pads too but they are mondo fucked and only come out for Warioware

I wanted to buy a fresh Wavebird for Brawl because the joysticks are getting a little loose on my old ones, but it's hard to find them new anymore. I found a couple of places selling new wired Gamecube controllers, but I haven't found any new Wavebirds yet in-store.

Right now, 7.5 ish. Haven't delved into anything other than the Subspace single player game. It's an eh game so far. The new characters are pretty fucking awesome. Ike is :o Snake is :o

I think SSE is garbage. I'm very, very early in (4%), but it feels tacked on. The controls don't work for platforming like that.
Online w/4 players was hella laggy.
With 2 it was perfect...and it's so fun.

Yeah, the SSE doesn't really get much better. Better designed areas and characters, but it basically stays the same in concept.

The main theme is great, and I haven't really been paying attention yet, but I guess that's what you get when you hire Motoi Sakuraba.
