Like, I want to be able to play Fantaisie Impromptu, but it would probably take like years to get that good at the piano. Why has science failed at making adequate advances in the field of modifying our brains? And why have the Colombian drug lords failed in delivering us a drug that could do anything similar at a reasonable price? Personally, I blame all Christians.

Johnny Mnemonic was a lie. :(

Injection of nano machines that go along w/ the brain implant.

I want an implant that makes me go gay first. Then we can bring on the talent.

I know you don't mean that seriously. But I would inject the nanomachines that turn you gay...at night...while you slept...into your right buttock.
-
I'm going to sleep. There better be gay-plants buy the time I wake up tomorrow or I'ma going to dye my hair.

It would be sweet to be able to walk into "Implant, INC" and select from a menu of brain implants and nanomachines.
You can also get the bundle pack, where you get a multi skill chip w/ multi skilled nanomachines for a cheaper price. :P
1 injection and a quick small out patient surgery for the brain chip. 40 perocets and 2 weeks later, you'll be rocken out your new skills like you've always had them.

first they need to make a legit penis enlargement pill.
-
I'd get an implant or injection or something that would make me able to play the piano.

The people with the most money and influence probably aren't interested in creating better humans. They are content with lemmings who will make them more money and power, so they encourage the dumbest people to reproduce at the highest rates.

I'd like to install foreign language support for my brain. :(

Do you guys remember Demolition Man? There was a similar technology presented in the movie. When the convicts where frozen, they were assigned skills that they would have mastery upon being thawed. I always thought that was awesome.

Skillsets or Cyborg bodyparts?
I don't know, I mean, having an actual Skill Tree developed by the Bio industry for various skills and plunking +1 in Charisma or +1 in Endurance for a set amount of Dollars or "Credits" would be OMFG
