Title: i finally bought something from apple that was a total piece of shyt.

I bought it at launch - today it basically fell apart.

Sometimes it wouldnt connect to the phone and charge....

It has always had static/range issues.

Recently - it started just randomly powering off at times.

Right now the battery charge last about as long as one call and 2 hours of standby... :(

I will get them to replace it for sure.

The new one better not be queer.

First thing I do when I get a new ipod is buy 3rd party buds for it lol.

Isn't the hype for that thing already dead? Apple freaks were all over it for like two weeks and then the new MacBooks and Pros got announced.
