dooooooooo it! you won't regret ityou better pick it up. best handheld ever.
Yeah, maybe I should just go back over and get it now. I'm really bored at work today!
Good, now I wont feel bad when I download the ones you buy
I was over at Fred Meyer earlier today, and I almost picked up a PSP with God of War and MGS Portable Ops (original version, not he add-on), but I didn't do it... yet.DO IT, DO IT NOW
There are cables that let you play the PSP on a TV, right? How does it look? Does it work properly on a widescreen setup?
One other question, I can either get the $170 black PSP, or the $200 silver PSP in the Daxter bundle (which also comes with a 1GB memory stick). I have no interest in the Star Wars bundle. Which one should I get?
dm, i am done with god of war psp -- you want me to send you my copy?
i've read lots of complaints about lexar memory sticks. go with a sandisk. i think i paid $50 for my 4gig stickGet one of these, distantmantra.

Really? Sure.
Now I have go buy a PSP. :lol
Distant, wait for the special edition GOW PSP. The silver looks cheap and the black is a bit dull.

Silver looks really nice in person.
black is awesome, fuck shitty pictures on a handheld.
Does the TV-out run at 480p?

Get ready to start downloading shitty Gundam games from Japan, then.

Seed and Battle Royale are actually really good, though, by any standards.
Get the Parodius and Gradius collections for PSP too. :D
Get an 8 gig stick!
Er, ummGet an 8 gig stick!
They're really expensive, though. I figure getting a 4 GB Sandisk would be more than enough for me...
Anyone?

why are you guys suggesting 8GB sticks? that is overkill, and i doubt mantra is planning on hacking his PSP
Ah, man, I want Brave Story. When I finally decided to buy it, it was sold out. :lol
And Himumu can't find Disgaea PSP anywhere in Texas. :(

Heh, I have the same problem with Brave Story... I guess I'll order off of half.com...

I wouldn't mind hacking it for roms, but not for pirating PSP games.
why the fuck are psp games so hard to find in stores

Memory stick loading and 333mhz speed = faster load times and smoother framerates. It's worth hacking the system for that alone.
You don't have to download a single ISO. You can easily set your PSP to ISO mode, copy the game ISO to your hard drive, and then move the now-ripped game onto your memory stick. I think there are some apps that can shrink ISO sizes down, too. Not sure which one is the best.

I'd never pirate PSP games but if I were to hack it, it would mostly be to put PSP games I already own onto the memory stick. It'd save space (not having to carry UMDs around), battery (since the UMD drive wouldn't be in use), and time (since games would load faster).
And if TVC is gonna hack distant's PSP, he should definitely get an 8 gig stick. Not like those sticks take up much space!
