Title: Cool Flickr set of vintage 70s logos
Post by: Rman on March 23, 2008, 12:50:35 AM
These are exclusively in b&w from an out of print book.  Today most logos are so color dependent that they fall apart in b&w.

eh I cant get their search page to work so googled it: http://logoblink.com/2008/03/19/world-logotypes-book/ has a few mirrors

Anyway If you are interested in logo/font design I read this book yesterday called "the logo, font and lettering bible" by leslie cabarga which, in my opinion is... amazing. It has a crapload of old logos 1930-60s in it to look at as well.
