Title: Are politicians in the Midwest as crooked and incompetent as they are here?

We had Ernie Fletcher, Detroit had Kwame Kilpatrick, Illinois has every politician in that state other than Barack Obama, and I'm just naturally assuming whoever it is running Ohio is a bum because I have been to the southern part of that state, and TToB tells me it's worse up north (I didn't think it was possible).
