wouldn't just playing an hour or so give you the gist of it (game mechanics, art style, etc)

it's not like a bad game is suddenly going to get so much better in the last hour or so and become a great game

is it me or does the game look worse with each trailer they release? not that it looks bad or anything, but i remember being more impressed with the previous trailers--especially the second one. i like the trailer, though, including the song. and that shootout in the subway is going to be so awesome.

i'm halfway interested in the multiplayer, and there's absolute dick for games on the horizon, so i might check it out

at least the soundtracks are always pretty good

And am I the only one who got tired of the way GTA presents itself every time? They really need to change to formula of the trailers. It's always the same thing and looking at that last trailer, I really wasn't impressed with anything because I was too busy being annoyed.

I like these.  but the game looks like trash in stills and I still hate the jokey atmosphere.  seems like they take it that way because they're incapable of writing anything, so if it comes off bad, hey baby, it was just intentional, you know.

It's fucking annoying. I was expecting a serious and badass storyline/atmosphere with the jokes still intact on the radio and the world (banners etc). But it's once again a complete clown-ride with shitty voice acting and stupid one-liners all over the script.

Well it certainly helps.  Saints Row had better gameplay than GTA but it was way too freakin' wiggerish and humor was so bad that it actually had me scrambling to hit the mute button.  Really made me appreciate GTA's style.

to be honest, no trolling, i think a lot of people just don't realize that like in 90% of the other games, if Rockstar tried to make it serious, it would come off cheesy and really bad anyways.  So they go with the flow.  I hate it still.  But that's Real Talk.

Where? Not being an ass, but where in that trailer is the framerate total ass? It looks like it maintains a steady pace and fluctuates every once and then, but there wasn't a part where there was slowdown for more than half a second :-\
