This app will show you how fast Orochi will run on your PC. It's only 80 Mbs so check it out.
I got 190FPS w/high settings in 1024x768.
The tool won't allow me to change the resolution but it's still pretty cool to see Orochi running at such a high framerate since all the console versions have had problems maintaining a smooth framerate.

Is this a PS2 game? It looks like total shit.
It's a port of a PS2 game. I assume it must look the same as the Xbox 360 version...
-
I was getting 20fps on high graphic check but 52fps on low.
-
With SLI turned on, I was getting 360 FPS on high. Ridiculous. Too bad they didn't use any of that extra performance to put in some buildings or more detailed characters.
-
my laptop gets 50 on high. dunno about my pc. i have the full version though :-[

Where can you buy it and how much is it?
50 is still pretty high, compared to the console versions. Aren't the console versions 30fps with quite a bit of slowdown?
-
i nabbed it on direct2drive for $30. the console versions -- including the psp version -- are 60 fps. only the ps2 version has slowdown (and not that much) -- the 360 version is rock-solid (as is the psp version, but it uses lower geometry models).
-
Are you sure the PSP version is 60fps? It's smooth, but it doesn't seem that high. Maybe that's because of the shitty LCD response time, though.
-
i'm 100% sure it is 60 fps.
