For those too lazy for the quizzes, the choices (courtesy of Wikipedia) are:
Lawful Good
A lawful good character typically acts with compassion, and always with honor and a sense of duty. A lawful good nation would consist of a well-organized government that works for the benefit of its citizens.
Batman, Dick Tracy and Indiana Jones are cited as examples of Lawful Good characters.
Neutral Good
A neutral good character is guided by his conscience and typically acts altruistically, without regard for or against Lawful precepts such as rules or tradition. A neutral good character may cooperate with lawful officials but does not feel beholden to them. A doctor that treats soldiers from both sides in a war would be considered Neutral Good.
Examples of Neutral Good characters include Zorro and Spider-Man.
Chaotic Good
Chaotic Good is known as the "Beatific" or "Rebel" alignment. A chaotic good character favors change for the greater good, disdains bureaucratic organizations that get in the way of social improvement, and places a high value on personal freedom. Most elves are chaotic good, as are some fey.
Starbuck from Battlestar Galactica, Malcolm Reynolds from Firefly, and Robin Hood are examples of Chaotic Good individuals.
Lawful Neutral
A lawful neutral character typically believes strongly in Lawful concepts such as honor, order, rules and tradition, and often follows a personal code. A Lawful Neutral society would typically enforce strict laws to maintain social order, and place a high value on traditions and historical precedent.
James Bond, Odysseus, and Sanjuro from Yojimbo are Lawful Neutral.
Neutral
Neutral alignment, also referred to as True Neutral, is called the "Undecided" or "Nature's" alignment. This alignment represents neutral on both axes, and tends not to feel strongly towards any alignment. A farmer whose only concern is to feed his family is of this alignment. Most animals, lacking the capacity for moral judgement, are of this alignment.
Lara Croft, Lucy Westenra from Dracula, and Han Solo in his early Star Wars appearance are Neutral
Chaotic Neutral
Chaotic Neutral is called the "Anarchist" or "Free Spirit" alignment. A character of this alignment is an individualist who follows his or her own heart, shirks rules and traditions. They typically act out of self-interest, but do not enjoy seeing others suffer. Many adventurers are of this alignment.
Captain Jack Sparrow, Al Swearengen from the TV series Deadwood, and Snake Plissken from Escape from New York are verifiably Chaotic Neutral characters.
Lawful Evil
Characters of this alignment show a combination of desirable and undesirable traits: while they typically obey their superiors and keep their word, they care nothing for the rights and freedoms of other individuals. Examples of this alignment include tyrants, devils, organized criminals, those with samurai-like aspects, and soldiers who follow the chain of command but enjoy killing for its own sake.
Artemis Entreri is a prime example of Lawful Evil, as are Boba Fett of Star Wars and X-Men's Magneto along with Doctor Doom.
Neutral Evil
Characters of this alignment are typically selfish and have no qualms about turning on their allies-of-the-moment. They have no compunctions about harming others to get what they want, but neither will they go out of their way to cause carnage or mayhem when they see no direct benefit to it. A villain of this alignment can be more dangerous than either Lawful or Chaotic Evil characters, since he is neither bound by any sort of honor or tradition nor disorganized and pointlessly violent.
Complete Scoundrel cites X-Men's Mystique and Sawyer of Lost as Neutral Evil characters.[3] Yugoloths are the multiversal representatives of Neutral Evil.
Chaotic Evil
Chaotic Evil is referred to as the "Destroyer" or "Demonic" alignment. Characters of this alignment tend to have little respect for rules, other peoples' lives, or anything but their own selfish desires. They typically only behave themselves out of fear of punishment.
Carl Denham from King Kong and Riddick from Pitch Black are Chaotic Evil.

Batman, ... cited as examples of Lawful Good characters.
what the shit?

he operates outside the law or within it at his whim
-
oh fuck i just argued the dnd alignment of a fictional character from another medium
i have just hit rock bottom
-
Lawful Good probably, I supposed if I wasn't so afraid of CONSEQUENCES i'd lean towards Neutral Good
-
Silver-Age Batman was Lawful Good, definitely. In the last 20 years, I guess it depends on who is writing him.
The Wizards of the Coast test told me Neutral, the second test told me Lawful Evil, and the OKCupid test told me Lawful Neutral. Go figure.
I'd probably like to think of myself as Chaotic Neutral, but I'm probably closer to true Neutral.
-
A Chaotic Evil person is destructive to the extreme. These people put no value in life or beauty, taking pleasure in destroying both what is good and what is ordered. They have little to no respect for laws and the rights of others. Revenge is a powerful motivator for these people.

Neutral
A neutral character does what seems to be a good idea. She doesn’t feel strongly one way or the other when it comes to good vs. evil or law vs. chaos. Most neutrality is a lack of conviction or bias rather than a commitment to neutrality. Such a character thinks of good as better than evil. After all, she would rather have good neighbors and rulers than evil ones. Still, she’s not personally committed to upholding good in any abstract or universal way. Some neutral characters, on the other hand, commit themselves philosophically to neutrality. They see good, evil, law, and chaos as prejudices and dangerous extremes. They advocate the middle way of neutrality as the best, most balanced road in the long run. The common phrase for neutral is "true neutral." Neutral is the best alignment you can be because it means you act naturally, without prejudice or compulsion.

chaotic neutral
yeah, sure, most of you guys really are goody two shoes... right ::)

Actually I am.

I don't need to take a test to know that I'm 100% Lawful Evil. Seriously.

Whichever one loves penises the most, I am.
-
Neutral Good.
I like threads like this. I want to play now. :P
-
Probably Lawful Neutral... I respect authority and hardly cause trouble, but I am also not altruistic in the slightest (actually I'm pretty selfish) :P

Yeah, but Batman's all about duty and honor and moral codes and stuff, even when he acts outside the law of the land.

Your Character’s Alignment
Based on your answers to the quiz, your character’s most likely alignment is Chaotic Good.
Chaotic Good
A chaotic good character acts as his conscience directs him with little regard for what others expect of him. He makes his own way, but he’s kind and benevolent. He believes in goodness and right but has little use for laws and regulations. He hates it when people try to intimidate others and tell them what to do. He follows his own moral compass, which, although good, may not agree with that of society. Chaotic good is the best alignment you can be because it combines a good heart with a free spirit.

TRUE NEUTRAL?!
bullshit test
-
It's hard not to get lawful evil when you have certain quite low valuations of certain essential human rights and liberties. :(
Thankfully, my evilness is tempered by my stunning lack of ambition and risk-adverse nature, so I'm harmless.
-
TRUE NEUTRAL?!
bullshit test
lol patel gets to be the druid.
-
I always fancied myself Chaotic Good. TRUE NEUTRAL is like getting an IQ score of 100.
-
Neutral good but I ain't going to be treating no terrorist soldiers.
-
Chaotic Neutral :rock
Chaotic neutral is the best alignment you can be because it represents true freedom both from society’s restrictions and from a do-gooder’s zeal.

My test came up Lawful Neutral. Although this trend in the results is kind of silly:
Lawful neutral is the best alignment you can be because it means you are reliable and honorable without being a zealot.
Everybody wins! :lol

Your Character’s Alignment
Based on your answers to the quiz, your character’s most likely alignment is Neutral Good.
Neutral Good
A neutral good character does the best that a good person can do. He is devoted to helping others. He works with kings and magistrates but does not feel beholden to them. The common phrase for neutral good is "true good." Neutral good is the best alignment you can be because it means doing what is good without bias toward or against order.

-
I got Neutral Good on the WotC test, the 2nd one is poop because it seems everyone is getting CE off of it, but I did score NG as my 2nd highest on that one.
-
Neutral Good on both the second and third.
-
I did the WotC test and I got True Neutral.

Chaotic Evil
A chaotic evil character does whatever his greed, hatred, and lust for destruction drive him to do. He is hot-tempered, vicious, arbitrarily violent, and unpredictable. If simply out for whatever he can get, he is ruthless and brutal. If he is committed to the spread of evil and chaos, he is even worse. Thankfully, his plans are haphazard, and any groups he joins or forms are poorly organized. Typically, chaotic evil people can only be made to work together by force, and their leader lasts only as long as he can thwart attempts to topple or assassinate him. The demented sorcerer pursuing mad schemes of vengeance and havoc is chaotic evil. Chaotic evil is sometimes called "demonic" because demons are the epitome of chaotic evil. Chaotic evil is the most dangerous alignment because it represents the destruction not only of beauty and life but of the order on which beauty and life depend.

wtf? I am not.

wtf? I am not.
With an avatar like that, I find it hard to believe you've been destroying the order on which beauty and life depend.
But if you have been, be a man and fess up.

Lawful Neutral according to the first link.

Was going to do the test in the first link but decided that it was too long when I reached the Family portion. I'm going with Neutral.
