I'm really not such a fan of the new theme.  The addition of the sort of driving rhythm is a bit much.

I'm only halfway through the new episode.....the blonde lady that was heading up the drug company, is that the same actress that played Jane on Coupling?  It doesn't really look like her, but her voice is a dead match.  If so, she has aged pretty terribly.

And yeah, the new theme does kinda bite.  Hard to tell though if it's legitimately bad, or I'm just reacting negatively to change.

Ok, finished the new episode.  It's definitely not Jane from Coupling :lol  She sounded a lot like her at the beginning, but similarities trailed off after a while.

Overall, I guess it's an okay start.  Catherine Tate is decent, I suppose.  For the most part I'm just glad that they will be cooling of the romantic angle of the show in favor of a more comedic angle.  Some of the comedy was a bit much, but never really that bad.

I liked it.  I think it's the best first episode of the series.  The ending was spiffy, too.
