It's actually the other way around. Remember that article about how Rockstar offered Sony the chance to have GTA4 as an exclusive and Krazy Ken just ignored them?

Why didn't MS announce a bundle like this when they dropped the price on the platform (premium is now €270 here)? When that was announced, they should've teamed that up with a €300 or so premium + GTA bundle. Market the hell out of that. They also haven't raised awareness of the DLC, I doubt the average consumer here even knows that's coming. Here they had all sorts of advantages: price cuts on all skus and dlc for GTAIV and so far they haven't let the consumers know that should be the way to go.
