Interesting factoids:  Richard Dawkins is married to Lalla Ward, aka the second Romana from Doctor Who.  She was also at one time married to Tom Baker, so both Richard Dawkins and The Doctor have had their dongs in the same woman.  Dawkins was also close friends with Douglas Adams, who formerly wrote for Doctor Who.

I had to read The Selfish Gene for an Ethology class back in college. It was a good read, but I had more fun reading Ravens in Winter.
