Game's been delayed anyways.  Plenty of time for changes if it doesn't work.

I'm just saying I haven't played a JRPG in 5 years

That makes me a pretty piss poor fanboy

LO is good enough for me to play about 4-5 hrs once a week or so.  I've feel no urge to beat it so far.

It's not that bad.

It's a good interface.  Keep in mind it is only on screen when the game is paused.  The bad 360 interface wouldn't have worked at all on PC.

Bioshock on the PC had different interfaces for joypad and KB&M.  Maybe it'll be the same way with Mass Effect?

The interface with the two sidebars for your companions shows up while paused. So it's super-easy to pause the game, issue some commands, and then unpause as needed, while using hotkeys for the more mundane of tasks (take cover, go forward, etc.). They've actually removed the usual "click to focus on a character, click again to use ability" of that character for unified design which allows you to see all party actions that will fire on unpause quickly.

Looks good to me and is very much in keeping with the way past Bioware games have allowed you to manage party members.

Then again, I'm not picky about game UIs. Should I sodomize this thread with Korsun Pocket or Victoria screenshots?

haha, youz get both:

I saw the other day that they made an expansion pack to Korsun Pocket and seriously thought about getting it but I already am getting two games this month and that's enough for me. :)

FFX-2 is awesome. :(

Korsun Pocket was always an in-joke with me and my friends. It's the beardiest game ever.

And I dunno what your avatar is supposed to be, Frag, but I can only see:
