Title: Font aficionados enter, advice needed

I need a pleasant, easy-on-the-eyes font for some typeset prose, something that I can lay over a faded texture (or faint photo) background

I have about a 5.25 x 8.25 live area to work with, so something that won't cause eyestrain at 12 (maybe 13) points
