Cohen, can you teach me how to fry a steak?  I want to try this weekend.

I use a non-stick pan but the steak always sticks to it and ends up horribly burnt on the outside.

Do I keep the temp on max even after I start cooking the steak?

I like it about medium.  So I should cook it near the side while the temp is at max?

When should I flip the steak and how much longer should it cook after being flipped?

It's going to be a typical rib-eye cut, about 1.5 inches thick.

Ok, thanks.  I'll give it a try.

You got any tips for seasoning?  Usually, I just put some Lawrys' seasoned salt.
