I heard the rarest VB title is Nester's Funky Bowling.  Never played it...I got a VB cheap when they were put on clearance for $29.99 new like 10 years ago, and most of the games including the Japanese titles dirt cheao at EB.  I still have Jack Bros. lying around somewhere; heard that's kinda "rare" too.
