I figured it was either a line flub, or he was trying to merge Barack and "The Rock" since this was a wrestling thing and Obama was saying his line.

GAF is like a factory; EB is the neighborhood bar people meet up in after work, to hang out with their fellow factory workers, those who were laid-off, and friends who have moved on. It's a good place to bitch, but it's mostly about talking to your friends and enjoying yourself.
