IIRC, Icons aren't supposed to have access to it, but nobody ever bothered to fix it.  With that said, it was dumb dumb dumb that last night's thread got moved into there and not the hall of shame.  There was no reason for it to be effectively deleted.

There really was no thrilling conclusion.  It was just randomly dumpstered when I woke up this morning.  I checked to see if some megaton happened, but nothing.  If you saw any of the last night's shenanigans, you basically saw them all.  That said, Hall of Shame that.

I guess Mupepe might be right.  I only vaguely remember the discussion relating to it.

What's this "you" stuff?  I'm not a mod or an admin here.

The rationale is that you never want to hard delete things.  Even when GAF (rarely) deletes threads, they are still kept.  As to why Icons can view them, I have no idea.

Honestly, I dont want anyone but moderators with access to the Baby Dumpster. I will probably work to make it this way. Its uses really only apply to moderators. Hall of Shame is for everyone else.
