Title: Wilco(or anyone really), anwser my gamestop questions please

1) Gamestop is offering a 20% bonus if I trade in towards GTAIV, does this cover last-gen games too?

2) I got a free $10 reserve on a game of my choosing(gears2) for trading in two xbox 360 games, can I cancel that and put the $10 towards GTAIV? 

3) Are most gamestops doing the midnight launch or just the ones in bigger cities?

4) Any good bonuses becides this:
