Title: Crackdown DLC, is it hot?

Stupid sexy game is making me want to get my hands on another 360, but I played it quite a bit back in the day and I don't think there's much left to do in the city, so I'm wondering how much the DLC really adds to the game.

It just adds a couple weapons, a new racing mode (as if the cars handled like shit already), and nothing that adds substance. The free DLC is better.
