it's true. :'( there is only one solution to this gross failure of good taste: death. i am actually enjoying the class structure and attempting to maximize my grades and beat the alchemical knowledge curve. since there are no levels, i hafta experiment a lot of come up with the formulas that will activate the stat boosts and skills in the game's sphere grid (the "grow book") ripoff, and i sadly kinda like the new 3d graphics for the dungeons -- there's even some landstalker-esque platforming! of course it is all wrapped in a plethora of blushing lolis, shy androgynes, and sassy catgirls, and i'm sure it is collectively running a train on my gaming soul. i was gonna skip otomedius for the same reason -- the godawful fanservice art -- but now i have no excuses. :(

i was actually planning to hate it, just to pull the ol' magna carta "oh, i traded it after four hours because i hated it and you can't hold it against me" card, but instead, i have sunk a good 10 into it and will probably sink another 20 more UNLESS SOMETHING IS DONE.

AIDS won't kill you right away. You'd have plenty of time to finish Mana Khemia, and even the upcoming PSP version.

The only thing that can cleanse you is some high-quality, hand-drawn, American-made, ass-kicking artwork for MEN. I recommend Dark Horse's Conan.

in Drinky's defense, Planescape had a really bad original boxart(craggy rasta smurf).

The Japanese game-game industry, as opposed to the Japanese non-game industry, is suffering something fierce.  So one could interpret your efforts in playing and even enjoying whatever nuggets of loli that end up on our shores as supporting small companies that desperately need the customers before they're forced to make nothing but mini-game collections and/or waggle fests just to stay afloat (gaze at the now ruined Hudson).  Its actually sort of noble when you think about it.

Or maybe he just really digs that horse nipple action.
