If you can't play R3 DVDs, DVDecrypter can rip the DVD removing the region protection.

I also saw a bunch of GTA's available and due to the "meh" reviews from friends, I think Imma wait it out.

i used to buy topgear mag religiously when it would show up in american bookstores.

it was $10 a pop, more if there was a DVD.

A group of friends gave me $60 to buy it. None of them plan on getting a 360 or PS3, but they really want to play GTAIV.
