so I guess this means the main enemy won't be Joe Hayabusa. 

Cool new characters. 

I gotta track down a cheap ass 360 at some point this summer.  Honestly, I don't think I'll day 1 this game, even though I've been awaiting it for years.  I've played NG1 nearly every day since the demo for the Xbox came out, with one or two long breaks.  I'm still enjoying the fuck out of Sigma, so I can chill on this while I finish up MGS4 and some other stuff.  :lol

I know you were joking, but man, it really is a conflict...I'm notorious for buying and selling systems like nothing.  but I'm hopelessly addicted to upscaled ps2 games.

I usually get lucky.  hopefully I can get a core system with hdmi for like $200.

unless this uses heavy hdd caching, I'd only need a memory card for this one game (I've played everything I want to play on the 360 so far.)  maybe I could fit Ikaruga on the card too ;)

shit, you're right.  I completely forgot about that feature.  I can't tell you how many times I've wished for that in NG1.  The fights are always so fucking awesome that they look choreographed! :) 

also, looking at ebay, official 512mb memory cards and 20gb hdds are rather close in price.  <3 proprietary shit.
