I've made several errors on mine, sometimes the employer noticed.  I was working at a grocery store for a while and I had something previously but I swapped out the names with a small business I owned (well, I called it one).  So they were all shocked to find I was a college student and an owner a franchise grocery store.  We all had a good laugh and I wound up getting hired but seriously, I fuck up on my resume all the time.

I'm never happy with mine.

Honestly, I just use a good resume writer I know.

my aim is to stay with the company im at now forever so i never have to update mine
