The other is a deragotory term used to emasculate men. It can be used to single out folks of a certain sexual preference, but it's most commonly used to emasculate men - even amongst their ranks. It's freely used amongst the gay and heterosexual community. The word has lost a lot of its venom through the past decade. Also, it's a cigarette.

It's not comparable, nor does it matter. So you don't get to use a racial slur. And you care because? ???

This might be true, but it doesn't really matter. I can tell you this based on the number of posts reported in my inbox using that slur or a variation of it. Nobody has even bothered me over the other term. Not even Nick.

All derogatory terms are not created equal. That about wraps up this discussion. We don't have many rules here, but we've asked from day one that the racism being toned down to an acceptable or non-hateful level. This prevents that. We don't really have any other issues with other terms. demi even gets to spam Jew jokes against me, so the double standard pointing is laughable.
