You didn't list No Country for Old Men. Or O Brother. Or Memento. Or City of God. I'd probably say Adaptation, Eternal Sunshine, and Being John Malkovich, too. In the Mood for Love. Moulin Rouge. I'm probably missing a ton of foreign shit, but I am kinda oblivious to the dates when most foreign movies come out. Oh, Amelie.
First movies that come to mind:
(no order outside of #1)
Children of Men
Kingdom of Heaven (DC)
Lord of the Rings trilogy
There Will Be Blood
Pan's Labyrinth
The Fountain
The Incredibles
A Beautiful Mind (whut nicca?)
Prisoner of Azkaban
Aviator
Why exactly does EB love Children of Men so much? The cinematography is stunning, and the special effects are very impressive, but outside of that, the movie falls into pieces. The writing is filled with nonsense, and almost every scene is packed to the brim with so much painfully obvious symbolism, my eyes were rolling out of my head.

IDK man I got it cause everyone here was like busting mad nuts over it and it was good but not OMGZ IT'S TEH BEST. It was no Iron Man I'll tell ya that. ;)
