Whether or not you really all like the games, Metal Gear Solid 4 is going to be killer. We don't even need to wait for its release to know that. And don't give me that shit about it being an underwraps 360 port project–right now, based on everything we know, it's PS3 exclusive.

Trouble is, the claim isn't accurate. Will MSG4 have lengthy cutscenes? Yes, says GamePro's own Sid Shuman, but nowhere near 90 minutes.
"I've completed the game twice, and am the author of the forthcoming [GamePro] review," Shuman said. "Ninety-minute-long cinemas in MGS4 sounds like an exaggeration. Like the other MGS games, MGS4 definitely has a cinematic quality. And yes, some of the cut-scenes in the game are elaborate and occasionally lengthy. But not a one, to my recollection, even approaches 90 minutes."

I also remember hearing (think it was Ryan Payton, on one of the podcasts, but can't remember) that the longest one is roughly around an hour. That's probably the ending cutscene.

The only PS3 games I've really enjoyed so far have been Ratchet & Clank, and Resistance. R&C is a solid, fun game; probably the only real complaint with it is, it's not really a substantial evolution of the series--so if you've played the other four (?) games you might be bored / fatigued by the formula at this point. For me, I skipped over a few iterations so it stayed fresh and enjoyable.
Resistance wasn't anything particularly special, but that's not necessarily always a bad thing--it was a good "Half-lifey" first-person shooter that held my attention through the single-player campaign (which is hard to do for me) and I have a generally positive recollection of the experience sans the driving portions.

Most of my PS3 games are multi platform, but out of the very small portion of PS3 exclusives, Motorstorm is my favorite.

Uncharted. I don't know how people can play it over and over again (I was more than ready to put it down before I unlocked everything) but the game is a lot of fun even if it falls apart at the end. Really one of the better titles released last year.
Other than that....uh....Everyday Shooter I guess.

I initially liked PJM but after trying out Tower Defense it's really hard going back to the binary puzzley nature of PJM. Not to mention Tower Defense is free....so it's got that going for it as well.

Re: PJM, the more I play it the less I like it, it just feels so random at times. Plus it gets ungodly hard. The music is great and the presentation is tremendous but all that gem collecting and upgrading seems to be useless.
